Zipp 840/400 Carbon 650c vintage triathlon Wheelset TUBULAR

these are vintage 1997. I have the original factory boxes. 9spd Shimano cassette is in great low miles condition.the  tubulars are holding .  air somewhat-though untested(never ridden on by me). there are plenty signs of wear consistant with normal proper use. NO cracks or damages notice with close timely inspection. If they were used with rim brakes? there is no noticeable wear. (believed to be used in full race mode) as they were acquired with a ttt-bike.
