This was on a s-works tarmac sl5 frame I bought that the original owner was running a sram bb30 crank on. Unfortunately, he didn’t send the spacers along with it so when I mounted my crank it wouldn’t work. Anyways I took off this bottom bracket and no longer need it. The bearings are smooth.
