You Choose Axle Size:

1/2 Inch Axle: Fits bikes with 1-piece cranks (Some kids, cruiser,  and vintage bikes bikes)

9/16 Inch Axle: Fits standard bikes with standard 3-piece cranks

Important Note: Two pedal axle sizes exist for bikes. Some bikes with one piece steel cranks and children's bikes require 1/2" axle pedals. 9/16" axle pedals will not fit 1/2 inch axle pedals and vice versa.
