Vintage Sekine Canada Road Bike Custom Bicycle 63.5cm Teal Coaster

This is a very rare vintage 1970s Sekin Canada Single Speed Coaster brake road bike conversion in Teal Metallic finish. The lugged steel frameset is very lightweight and measures 63.5cm (seat tube bottom bracket center to seat tube top).  The stand over height is about 34”.
Condition: Overall solid riding condition with various surface scratches on the paint and riders wear. The front fork has a slight twist and so the bike has been converted a single speed coaster brake commuter bike, with new 27” x 1 3/8 knobby tires.
This customized single speed commuter bike features a very rare and tall frame with some cosmetic wear but no dents. It makes small commutes easy and fast, and is ideal for leisure riding with riser North Road bars.
Features include Shimano Japan hubs, with the rear coaster brake hub with 18T freewheel cog. Gear ratio is 52/18t (2.88). Vintage Specialized crankset, Wellgo pedals, black straps, vintage Ritchey Logic saddle, Sakae North Road style riser bars, and new recycled cork grips.
It has more than $700 in materials invested. This restored vintage classic will be disassembled for shipment in a pro bike box with same day handling time. Thanks for reading!
