The 24" Wheel Bike Chainguard mounting holes are Approximately 16 1/2" apart center to center. The Guards have Rear hole is about 1/2" long giving you about 1/4" of adjust-ability approx. Chainguard is Used, has Patina,  may have rust & dents, may have original paint or over paint, may be Rat Rod Style, comes as your selection shows, could use a cleaning and some massaging. Guards are universal, if your going to repaint, I would choose size you need and the straightest & cleanest.
