Vintage 1989 Schwinn TEMPO Frameset with Columbus TENAX SL Tubi Speciali Rinforzati Acciaio Up for sale is a nice vintage Schwinn TEMPO road frame set. Fully lugged construction with Columbus TENAX SL Tubi Speciali Rinforzati Acciaio Chrome-Moly main tubes and chrome-moly stays, with forged & chromed dropouts. Tange Mangalloy Manganese alloy fork with fully sloping crown and forged & chromed dropouts. Braze-on cable guide, cable stops, shifter bosses, dual bottle mount, pump peg, and chain hanger with under bottom bracket cable guide and factory installed chain stay protector. Headset and bottom bracket have been cleaned and greased – ready for years of service. Sale includes micro adjusting alloy seat post, and Sugino recessed binder bolt. This frame alignment is straight with no dents and bents. Cosmetically the original “Charcoal Pearl” paint and graphics are in good condition. A number of scuffs from normal use, (too many to list individually but notably on the right seat stay), please see pictures. Overall I would rate the appearance a 9 out of 10.
