Vintage Schwinn Super Sport Road Bike. 22.5” Center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube, 20.5” center of BB to center of top tube, 22” top tube. Serial Number is EH16618. Made in Chicago, Chrome Molybendium frame. Bike is in complete condition with what appear to be mostly original components. Bike is a project and will need refurbishing to be rideable. The wheels are in fair condition, are free of bends, and spin, but buyer may need to rebuild/true/replace spokes. Chrome has a fair amount of rust. Chain and gears have some dirt and rust. Bike shifts through the gears, derailleurs appear to be in functioning condition. Tires/tubes may need to be replaced. Buyer may want to replace/regrease/repack bearings, and bearing surfaces may need to be lathed to improve the performance of the hubs and/or bottom bracket. Bike will be disassembled for lower shipping costs. Local pick up options will reduce cost of the bike.
