Vintage Schwinn Black Phantom B-6 Whizzer Ballooner Bike Locking AS Springer Fork Arnold Schwinn Ballooner Locking Springer fork off a 1954 Restored Schwinn Black Phantom Bike. Vintage Schwinn Black Phantom Springer that was repainted for a high end restoration. Some of the parts look to be Re chromed with working lock & Tumbler. Very Nice, Solid, Quality, Straight fork with working Lock & Key. Fork can be used on a Postwar frame head tubes ( Head tubes 5 1/2" tall head tube with out cups), can be used on B-6, DX, Panther, Hornet, Phantom etc. This Springer will also work with 1941 frames that have bigger 5 1/2" head tubes. Fork is used, previously restored vintage fork, solid, good mechanical shape, decent repaint, straight, working lock & key, may have chips in the paint & tape glue, nice.
