Cottered Steel Crank Arm, Various Lengths, Drive side are 5 Pin 50.4mm BCD aka 50 PCD or 116mm BCD 3 bolt Pattern. Cranks are for 5/16" x 20 pedals. Except the NOS Williams it is for 1/2" pedals very odd ?!? Some crank arms are Williams, Raleigh, Stronglight, PWB "aka Prague Warsaw Berlin Favorit", Magistroni, La Couronne, Sugino etc..... NOS / New Old Stock and Un Used but may shows wear, scratches, and signs of age from shelf life. Most are Used, can have scratches, rust, signs of wear, and could use a cleaning & detail. The La Couronne looks to be very early possibly TOC but the pedal threads are bad and wollered out.
