Late 90s Rtichey Road Logic super nice steel frame and fork, will fit a 28mm tire depending on tire/rim combo. Older narrowish box section rim and a Bongrager 28mm tire measured around 27mm and fit just fine with Ultegra 6600 brakes.

Rides perfect for someone 5-9 to 6foot. NEW 1" Tange sealed bearing headset, professionally installed and maintained bicycle. BB threads are good, minimal internal rust, frame has been treated with framesaver at least once. Shows some minor cosmetic wear in pictured paint chips but paint is otherwise in great condition.
