There is no question in my mind the bagged parts are AOK.
I believe the "blue" parts which are mostly still attached to the original "rack" are all good.
A few parts are "loose". I compared to another model and feel thid model is complete.
Full instructions included.
Box shows a bit of shelf wear but is very nice.
