Nice dark tan saddle seat for single rider number 117. Made by Permaco in USA. Has a leather look but probably made of vinyl or a combination. Have not tried out on a bike so not certain if all components are included. Measures approximately 9" in length. Selling as is. Shows some wear including scratches and scuffs and a couple of tears.
