Vintage Nishiki Ariel Old School MTB Klunker Cruiser Bike Frame Vintage Nishiki Ariel Mountain Bike Frame from I assume the late 1980s and possibly 1990. Funky Odd Shaped Frame Designed by Richard Cunningham who also designed bikes for Gary Fisher and later his own line of bikes called Mantis. Piece of MTB History. The Frame 4130 Thin Wall Cr-Mo Steel. Oddly this frame says Made in USA, when later models like Pinnacle were made in Japan. Frame is a Medium that Measures 18" from crank center to seat mast top. Sorry no fork and I suspect it was 1 1/8 threaded. Serial # is R90771035xx & 0911 1043 the 90 in the serial could possibly be 1990. Frame is Used, with pretty nice paint, has some nicks, scratches, & blemishes, possible decal loss, Check photos. Cool Piece of Mountain Bike History. Frame is for 26" wheels.
