Vintage Low Rider Bicycle Mini Bike Sissy Bar Chrome Black Pad Manco

We have a neat old sissy bar, looks like it could be used for a mini bike or a low rider bicycle. It measures 17" overall height and it's 6 1/2" wide at the brace. The id where it bolts up is 6 5/8".  There are no rips or tears in the upholstery. The chrome has some rust on it. The worst of it is on the backside, the outer face has some very light chrome spots on it. There is a tag on the inside of the one side but the writing on it has faded and you can't see what was on it. This is a neat old piece to make your bike stand out from the rest.
