Tires are dry rotted, but still holding air after all these years in storage. Pedals and chain are rusty. Seat has a few scuffs/scratches. Chrome looks good for age. Needs cleaned and polished. Basic wear for age. Viscount Aero seat. Used condition. See pictures. Ask questions. As is. I will disassemble wheels, handlebars and pedals for shipping. Shipping will depend on size/weight.
