Fork is off a classic Hercules touring frame that had 3 speed 26"x  1 3/8" wheels.  Pretty sure this is Early Original Hercules before bought by Raleigh. Fork May of been used on other Brand Bicycles. Black 6" Fork Tube for 21" Bike: The Fork as a 6" tall 1" threaded fork tube and it is for 21" touring Frame or for Frames with a 115mm tall headtube. Green 8" Fork Tube for 23" Bike: The Fork as a 8" tall 1" threaded fork tube and it is for 23" touring Frame or for Frames with a 170mm tall headtube.
