Here is a used CatEye Halogen Handlebar mounted bicycle light, model HL-500. Vintage, Made in Japan. Fully operational on two "C" cell batteries (NOT INCLUDED). Comes with the small mount on the bottom with release lever (removes with a single screw). Remove top screw to access battery area. No other mounting hardware included - what you see in photos is what you will receive. Please know this setup will work for you....as NO RETURNS !! A sk any questions before bidding.
