You're buying the old school front handlebar bag that you see. I'm assuming this will only fit older road bikes with thinner frames, but I'm not sure, sorry. USA made. NO FRAME INCLUDED!!!!! This is for the bag only. The top snap-on map window pouch is MISSING as well. Original shoulder strap included and attached. It shows discoloration and minor staining, but no major issues like rips or split seams. SEE PICTURES PLEASE!!!!!! Questions? Ask!
