These brake calipers are in great condition, came from a pretty low mileage 1984 Bridgestone 600 road bike and worked well when they were mounted. No pads, but any road caliper pads will work on these. They have the quick release mechanism to open them up when taking wheels off. The aluminum is very shiny, not weathered or scratched
