Measuring 11" these sport 12 strips of genuine vinyl. 2 strands of red, white, yellow, black, blue and green make up each streamer. Set of 2 in the original package. I am not sure how old these are, but my best guess is the 1950's to the 1960's. Still super soft and flexible. Perfect fit for any vintage bicycle. As it read's on the package- "YOU'LL GET ATTENTION WITH THE WORLD'S MOST COLORFUL STREAMERS, MFG'd by Hunt Wilde Corporation, Made in USA" These will fit pretty much any bicycle with a hole in the end of the grip.
