Vintage 21" Men's Ross Eurotour iii Road Bike Touring Frame

This old english 3 speed frame has scratches and the top bar was engraved with a serial number so the frame is pretty much scratched up good. Originally had 26" x 1-3/8 " Rigida steel wheels with a sturmey archer hub. Currently its seized. This listing is for the frame only. Please check back.
