Vintage 1990s Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo Mountain Bike Frame True Temper

This frame is in good structural condition, but all of the decals are badly peeling from sun exposure. It would be a good candidate for a re-paint. The original headset is included, spins well despite some surface rust on the exposed parts of the steel races. There was a bit of rust in the bottom bracket shell (see last photo), but the BB itself came out without any issues and there were no rusted or stuck parts on the bike.
The seat tube is 20" c-t and 18" c-c
