Nice, Dia-Compe (630) aluminum front brake caliper, complete with vintage brake-pads.
Originally from a 1980's Schwinn World Sport 27" wheeled Road Bicycle.
Recently detailed, has a respectable shine to the polished aluminum.
The pads have had the glaze filed off the braking surface, this brake is ready to mount and use!
This brake is nice and straight! Not bent as so many this are.
These are hard to find in this condition, reason being that if given a hard whack against the frames down-tube (say in a wipe-out situation or otherwise) they can bend on the upright of the right arm or even the mounting stud, I've seen it many times as a mechanic over the last two decades that I've been dealing in these vintage parts.
