This is a vintage and rather unique piece of the United States of America bicentennial that occurred in 1976. This item is USA made and was stored in my uncles knick-knack box.
This item we believe to be a mirror for a bicycle where it would be strapped to the front or it may have been used as a reflector. As it stands we are really unsure what this might be, our other guess is that it might be an arm band or a bracelet but the strap seems to big and wide for that.
We believe my uncle may have used this item while he fixed cars due to this the mirror is tarnished along one side, please view the pictures. The plastic around the mirror edges does have wear marks from being stored in a box upon my uncles retirement. The band on the back has faded with age.
