Warranty Exclusion: Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty for components. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper chargers, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear or water damage. Inappropriate use / maintenance / operation / transport / upkeep (refer to manual / instructions) Damage resulting from omitted or incorrect adjustment(s) or worn components.

If repairs can be done, a new bike will not be sent.

This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes).
