This was installed and removed. It was never rode, weighted or used. A different rack was purchased so this one is not needed. Hence, for sale for far less than new with tags.

It will take up to 32mm tube attachment or less if you use rubber gasket to attach to smaller tube. Rubber inserts are Not furnished. If you need them you can cut up old inner tube and make them.
