Tommasini SINTESI Columbus tubing, Mavic Wheels, Shimano Ultegra

A great condition rare made in Italy 90s Tommasini Sintesi constructed with Nueron tubing. Neuron tubing was part of a family of tubes made by Columbus that uses differential butting. These tubes have more material in higher stress areas to allow for a more stiff ride. While there is less material in lower stress areas to achive a light, fast and nimble ride quality. This bike has been very well kept and is ready to ride. There are some cosmetic  blemishes to the frame from normal use but mecanically this bike rides and works great. Cosmetic issues to note are : there are (4) paint chips ad some clear coat peeling the tope tube. These are not deep enough to expose the raw steel of the frame, but they do show the white undercoat of paint. The shimano 9 speed hoods are the original and are starting to dry out and crack on the top. The ultregra 9 speed shifter plates have scratches and are delaminating, but luckily they can be replaced and brought back to look like new.
