Thule Apex XT Bike Hitch Rack 9027XT Swing Away

New in the box Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Swing Hitch Rack. Very nice back rack. Includes everything minus one of the long straps. Has 7 out of 8 long, but all 4 short straps. They are very cheap to purchase if you really need the 8th strap. Hitch was started to be put together but taken back apart. Nearly perfect other than some cosmetic scuffs from moving in the box! Very nice setup because it swings out from the vehicle to fully access trunk area without taking any bikes off! Ready to be used!
