Surly Steamroller single speed with phil wood all city soma cinelli

Surly Steamroller size 49cm. Bike is built with phil wood to Velocity B43 wheels. This was a track wheelset, but has been retired. The rear hub can only be used as single speed because the lock ring thread has been damaged. The sprocket thread is fine so single speed set up is perfect. Front wheel should be serviced/trued - wheel feels a bit "dry" when spinning and when you apply brakes there is a "hop" in one spot because the rim has a dent.
These are originally non-machined wheels, but they were used with brake and still have a lot of brake life. Brooks saddle is used, but in good shape. There is paint wear on frame, but overall it is in good shape. There are very small dings in steel on top tube. Overall would make great commuter.
