This shifter is in good condition, worked well when it was mounted. Comes with the original cable, but it can be replaced as well. This shifter is the braze on type, does not come with a clamp. It was connected to Avid Juicy 7 brake levers but I'm sure you can get an aftermarket universal clamp as well.
