(video of bike) 1998 Steel Specialized Stumpjumper Mountain Bike, CR-MO Steel, SPIN Carbon 26” Wheels, Size 21” or XL. Set up single speed. *The frame and wheels just hit 25 year old this year so it is considered a vintage frame. The single speed parts are much newer generation.
Bike is in working condition. no dents, no rust, no cracks or Damage. Some of the factory specialized decals have some blemishes from age. The rear Spin wheel is a little out of round by about 2mm. This is very common on these wheels. The wheel is spinning fine and clearing the brake pad fine. Measurements:
Frame is 21 inch from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube
Tope Tube is 24.5” canter of Seat turn to front of headtube.
Bike has been set up as a rigid, single speed. Of course most of the value is in the frame and wheels. Great for a project bike, light trails or if you just want a nice get around town Cruiser.
