Schwinn Early Stingray Bike Chrome Wingtip Chainguard 1960's

Auction is for one chainguard as shown. This is a well used guard with lots of scratches, scrapes, peeling on the back. This is an original survivor wingtip Chainguard that looks to have had a poor job of chroming done to it. The front and top of the guard look shiny and OK, but there is chrome peeling from the back of the guard as shown in photos. On the face of the guard you can see the residue/shadow from possibly a decal that was on the guard, I do not know for sure as this is how I received this guard. The flash makes it look worse than most photos show in my opinion. This is a nice straight guard with no dents that I can see, but make no warranties regarding condition. Measures 13 inches between the mounting holes. I make no warranties or representations regarding this guard, including on which bikes this will fit on, most likely an early Stingray with the small round 7 hole sprocket. This guard will not fit over the mag sprocket bikes of the later 60's and 70's. It is difficult to take photos of chrome, front and top shines well, back is where the peeling and very poor chrome is.
