Mint condition. New Schwinn Approved. Used on many Mens and Ladies Schwinn models both balloon tire middleweight and lightweight bikes.  The clamp comes with the 2" bolt which is used on the bicycles with rear racks that attach to the seat post bolt. Used on or bikes pre 1967. Schwinn Approved aftermarket made in Taiwan. HELPFUL HINT!
