I recently, within the last six months, purchased the 27.5 inch Schwinn AL comp mountain bike. I upgraded the bottom bracket set up to English and I also updated the derailer hanger sprockets to ceramic. If you know anything about mountain bikes, you know that if I put a new crankset on it, which I did, single sprocket, 34 teeth, it sheds the complete weight of the derailer system from factory, and removed the triple sprocket, leaving it a seven speed rather than the other 14 unnecessary speeds I got rid of. These are just some spare parts, including the crank bolts, and the bottom bracket spindle. The bottom bracket is stripped. I’m not sure what you could do with the spindle either, I had to forcefully remove the spindle because I did not have a tool. The two replacement spindles are in perfect functioning order, and all parts are included with those. The two bolts are in good condition and are not stripped at all. The derailer cable is in great condition, it has one blemish cosmetically that does not affect the function at all. The derailer came with the factory bicycle I purchased, and it has less than 5 miles on it. The reflector is also a factory reflector that came with the Schwinn AL comp, and I am including some ball bearings and stuff as well. I ship all of my items out the same day and I have never had one to satisfy customer. That should give you a peace of mind.
