RENN 650C BIKE REAR WHEEL CARBON FIBER DISC VREDESTEIN FORTEZZA 650 X

RENN 650c REAR CARBON FIBER DISC WHEEL. Has a  Vredestein Fortezza (23-571) 650 x 23c tire. The tire is not inflated and not sure if it holds air, but looks to be in very good condition. The wheel measures 23" from rim edge to rim edge. I can only provide the information that comes off the wheel and tire. There a two puncture holes on one side of the disc (may be plugged or taped) , and what appears to be a plug in another area.  Visual signs of normal wear. It looks like this is a Clincher style. The tire can be pulled away from the rim. There is an inner tube inside right now as well. The rim itself looks to be on overall very good condition. There are 2 areas where there are couple deeper scratches in the aluminum, but they are surface scratches. I pulled the tire and checked inside the rim in that area and no internal issues. Since the rim is aluminum , I would think the scratches may be finely sanded smooth. There are no breaks, cracks, etc..that I could see after a closer exam. This was not my original wheel. I'm not very familiar with this style of wheel so please look at the photos for the best description of this wheel and tire.
