Selling a rare, vintage Bottecchia America 500 steel road bike from 1992 for a friend. Top tube is 52cm, seat tube is 50cm from seat collar to center of bottom bracket. Most parts are original, with the exception of the fork which he replaced. Owned and maintained by a shop owner and mechanic. Never raced. The Campagnolo logos on the crank and shifters both show wear. The wheels are currently glued with tires, but both tires should be replaced. All bearings spin well. Sold without pedals.
