Rare 1980s Elf Mini frameset! There are areas of repair welds(they are not so pretty). Also, rear brake mounts have been welded on. Fork does seperate from frame(not frozen in). The bottom bracket threads appear to be damaged( I have not tried removing them, as the bottom bracket still operates). Bottom bracket still spins smoothly.
