RARE 1973 Rupp Digger vintage mini bike Rim Part JC Penney Wheel mx

This is a pretty rare piece. Buyer may want to sand or sand blast and repaint to their discretion and cleaned. It will need a new bearing as the one on it is seized. There is rust and light pitting throughout, as shown, but the overall structure of this is solid. The spokes are connected cast and heavy duty. This would make a nice replacement for any modified bike to size. Front chopper, maybe? Originally, it came from the 1973 Digger. A picture shows as an example. There are no dents or rewelds.
