Overall the bike is in good shape, the tires are getting a little aged, minor sidewall blemishes, no major cracking or dry rot.
There's some scuffs & dings, but no cracks or dents.  Expect to need to give it a minor tune up going into it and I believe you'll be very satisfied with this piece!
