Raleigh Bike Frame project

Older Raleigh , USA frame , has seen some miles , 531 Tubing , measures 23.5 from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube , and measures 22 inches form center of fork to to center of seat tube , cool old frame , under 7 pounds on bathroom scale , I had it built up for awhile , but too small for me , also see pic of forks , looks like it ran in to something , fork tubes appear to be bent back a little , anyway , cool old 531 Raleigh frame low starting bid , please see all pics ask all questions ships to lower 48 only to confirmed address Thank you
