You are (hopefully) considering this set of used Profile Design bar ends for mountain bikes!
These bar ends offer approximately 6" of usable / grip-able length and turn inwards slightly at the top. They clamp on to the end of the handlebars using a hex / allen wrench (not included). I've had them for a while and there are a few scratches, most noticeably to the printed on logos, but overall they're still in good shape.
