Bicycle Spoke Threading Machine is the Professional Standard used by Bike Shops and Professional Wheel Builders. This Machine #0948 is an Older Used Phil Spoke Machine that has been sent back to Phil Wood & Co and has been Professional Serviced and Over hauled in 2022, any Questionable Parts were Replaced and a few upgrades installed. Although a used machine it is very close to day one now, a Pro Machine with Pro Rebuild and Ready to thread 2.0mm / 14 Gauge and 1.8mm / 15 Gauge spokes. The Machine thread dies have 2 sides one side is used and the machine is assembled to a new side ready to go. What you get. Rebuilt Phil # 0948 Spoke Machine, Long Spoke Holder, Set Up Spacers for 2.0mm aka 14 Gauge Spokes and 1.8mm aka 15 Gauge Spokes, Metal Spoke Threading Tray, 4 oz Bottle of Phil Tenacious Oil, 16 oz Tub of Phil Hand Cleaner, Protective Eye wear, Spoke Cutting & Threading Machine Manual, it is mounted a wood plate and in a Phil Shipping Box. A very Quick Synopsis of the Machine's use. It should be mounted to a table, you use the set up spacers for the spoke gauge you desire, place a blank spoke in the spoke holder, pull up on the lever to cut your length, then it raises it in to the die, then you crank down, threading the spoke and it spits it out the back. The machine should be lubricated with tenacious oil every dozen or so spokes. There are Plenty of Videos on the Inter-webs to understand the process.
