It does have plenty of rusting, scratch marks, and places so please see pics. lots and lots that would need to be restored as shown. My guess is you'd need to replace tires as well as they have set forever in garage. this has set in our uncles garage for years and years. my guess is 70's but not sure of that. I can't find  anywhere that says the model, if anyone knows let me know. I tried measuring to give an idea of frame size etc. Tires are 25" not including the rubber part of tire. frame is 39"end to end and measuring end to end including tires is 64" long the seat from the rod is 23" and I assume adjust up down  I am offering free pick up.
