Motobecane Grand Touring Vintage 18 Speed Bike Lugged Steel Vitus 54cm

The bike is a recent estate find. It was well taken care of over the years. It does ride shift and break well but the largest sprocket on the front does not engage when shifted only the bottom 2 on the front shift. All of the rest gears work. It will need to be tuned up to have all of the shifting working correctly. The seat is getting old and should be replaced if used. Besides that the bike is in great shape for its age.
This vintage Motobecane Grand Touring road bike is a classic piece of cycling history. Made in France with lugged steel frame, it features a 3 front gears and 6 rear derailleur gears system and caliper brake - center pull. The drop bar handlebar type and down tube shifter style give it an authentic vintage feel. The bike is silver in color. The frame size is 54cm from the center of the crank to where the seatpost goes in.
