Drive side chain stay and chainstay yoke, were poorly welded, but frame is straight and solid

Serial number reads : " M5 - G1549 " according to this site:( http://www.vintagemongoose.com/frame/serials.php ) it was made in July of 1985.
top tube measured center to center: 55 cm / 21-3/4 inches
bottom bracket to top of seat collar: 58 cm / 22-3/4 inches
