This is the greatest tool for getting bike miles in during bad weather months. The easy clamp on vice mounts your rear wheel to an adjustable resistance magnetic drive cylinder to simulate various terrains + degrees of pedalling difficulty from flats to steep hills. The resistance adjuster snaps onto all handle bars for easy resistance adjustment. The only possible negative is the clamp marking alloy skewers, so I'll include an early metal rear wheel skewer to save yours.
When summer days are back, this trainer folds flat for easy storage. It's in very good condition with only a few scratches, and works as new, since there are no wear components.
