Klein Pulse Race Vintage Hardtail MTB w/ V-Brakes, RockShox Fork orange - 17" This is a made-in-USA Klein hardtail in nice shape. It features an aluminum frame, RockShox Indy XC suspension fork, Shimano V-brakes, new grips and a Shimano 3x8 drivetrain. This bike would make a decent vintage MTB race bike or a leisurely weekend rider for local trails. With a 23.2" top tube and 16" cm seat tube (c-c), this bike should fit most riders in the 5'5" to 5'7" range. Maybe 5'8". This Klein is equipped with a Sugino Impel crankset (175mm), Shimano STX front derailleur, STX RC rear derailleur, WTB Speed V saddle, Shimano V-brakes, Geax Sedona 26x2.25" rear tire, Kenda Nevegal John Tomac 26x1.95" front tire, Maverick alloy rims, System 2 front hub, Shimano STX RC Parallax rear hub, Avid Wrangler brake pads, Shimano V-brake levers, MicroShift trigger shifter (right), Shimano trigger shifter (left) and a nice alloy bottle cage. (used, this Klein is in Good to Very Good condition for a bike of this vintage. The paint still shines but has several chips, especially near the driveside chainstay (see photos).
