Great 70s Touring bike. There are three names in French touring bikes; Alex Singer, Rene Herse, AND. Jo. Routens.
This bike was purchased in Grenoble, ridden the tour de France Route 5 times ( no it wasn't raced but it followed behind) and been all over Europe. It is well loved and has many miles. I added the fenders and bar tape otherwise it's as is.
Size 58 lugged and hand made frame.

New Schwalbe tires
New hammered fenders
New Brooks bar tape
Nervar cranks
Atom pedals
