JJBP Tideace FM-CX039 BXT DIYCarbon Fern 15x100 to 12x100 Fork

15mm to 12mm Fork Thru Axle Conversion Kit for the Tideace FM-CX039 fork used by Fern, BXT, DIYCarbon and many others, sometimes advertised as an Exploro-knockoff. This style of fork has 2x 21mm diameter bores in the forks, both 10-11mm deep (see drawing). Auction is for fork conversion kit ONLY. Frame/fork images are for reference.
Use 12mm wheels in a 15mm fork. Converts 15x100 forks to 12x100 standard! Kit includes the following:
• Threaded Insert: 21mm OD x 11mm length, M12x1.5mm internal thread
• Thru Hole Insert: 15mm OD x 12mm ID, 6.5mm long
• Axle: 12mm x 130mm long, M12x1.5mm threads, 2mm spacer (optional, for fine tuning length)
Installation Notes:
1. Use grease on o-rings of thru hole insert  and threaded insert and install into fork from the outside
with a combined pushing and twisting motion. Do NOT use thru axle to drive thru hole insert into the fork.
2. Use grease on threads of thru axle. Torque 9 - 13.5 N*m using 5mm hex key.
