Comes with original pads, faded, but otherwise fine. RIdes Nicely! Scuffs and scracthes exist but structure great , little or no rust Regreased and adjusted hubs and bottom bracket in 2019 Tubes hold very well, Tires work, but dry and on way to being worn out. The rolling is very well. I rebuild bikes  very often. Tires dry and cracking.
